An independent review of the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) has wondered the benefits of expanding matching standards to include non-exact fits and lengthening the trademark claims carrier beyond the ninety-day notification duration.
The Net Organization for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) published the draft record from the independent evaluation of the TMCH on 25 July.

ICANN’s TMCH, which’s operated via Deloitte, lets in trademark owners to in their rights and get hold of indicators while a third-celebration tries to sign up them as domains.
